<p dir="ltr">The last will and testament of Samuel Coulter deceased</p>
<p dir="ltr">At the Probate Court held within and for the County of Wayne and State of Ohio on the 25th day of January 1873 by and before John K. McBride, judge of said court and at the probate office at Wooster in said county the following proceedings were ? to ?</p>
<p dir="ltr">The last will and testament of Samuel Coulter deceased</p>
<p dir="ltr">The last will and testament of Samuel Coulter deceased was this day produced in open court and admitted to Probate. Thereupon came WW Laughlin and CC Coates subscribing witnesses to said will who upon oath testified to the due execution of said will which testimony was by the court ordered to be reduced to writing and by said witnesses severally subscribed and filed with said Will and Testament being satisfied from said testimony that said will was duly executed and attested and at the time of executing the same. Said Testator was of full age of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint. It is thereupon ordered by the Court that said Will and testimony be regarded and that Letters Testamintary be granted to William K Coulter and Samuel M Coulter the Executors named in said Will and that they enter into Bond with Alexander Richards and SE Coats as sureties in the Penal Sum of Three Thousand Dollars conditioned according to law. Thereupon came the said William Coulter and Samuel M Coulter and filed their Bond which is hereby approved. And it is further ordered by the Court that S C Coats John Smith and Gilbert James be and are hereby appointed appraisers of the Personal Estate of said Testator.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The Last will and testament of Samuel Coulter of Canaan Township Wayne County Ohio considering the uncertainty of the mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following &nbsp;that is to say first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane Coulter to have after the payment of my lawful debts: all my property boath (sic) real and personal during her life time</p>

<p dir="ltr">I after the death of my beloved wife I give and bequeath to my grandson son Robert B Coulter the sum of one hundred $100.00 dollars also to my daughter Elizabeth C Coulter my house and lot so long as she remains single and after the deth (sic) of my aforesaid wife I give and bequeath to all of my lawful heirs an equal</p>
